The Monthly Storytelling Competition Gets Even More Exciting..

The deadline has been extended. This month’s theme lets young Africans merge creativity with imagination.YouthHubAfrica in partnership with the African Youth Commission with funding support from the UNICEF-UNFPA Program on the elimination of Female Genital Mutilation in Africa has provided a platform for young people to use the art of Storytelling to disrupt the culture of silence on FGM; through the monthly storytelling competition.

The task for the month of July: Write a fictional story that takes place in the future; in an Africa that has abandoned FGM. The story should be set in a  community where FGM is currently practised with the topic ‘Future Africa without FGM’
