Amandebele ka Ndzundza Traditional Council, led by Inkosi MP Mahlangu will be celebrating the King Nzunza commemoration on Saturday, 07 September 2024 at Platorand School in Belfast Mpumalanga Province.
The commemoration is an annual event that takes place during the Heritage Month. The event provides opportunities to foster cultural pride and instill a shared identity through events it also recognises different aspects of South African culture.
The objective of the event is to celebrate the evolution of the Ndzundza nation and impart valuable cultural knowledge to the youth concerning their history and their heritage. The long-term objective to establish a heritage site next to be the grave of King Ndzundza
This year’s event takes place after the sitting of the seventh government administration under the theme “Educate an African fit for the 21st century” and is expected to be attended by political executives, government representatives, traditional leaders, and the public at large.
