If your ECD centre offers Pre-Grade R or Grade R, complete the survey online by visiting: gdesurveys.gauteng.gov.za
The survey will be operational from 13 – 27 June 2025, and can be completed using a cellphone, computer, or tablet.
You can also visit any listed decentralised walk-in centre across the province for assistance from Social Work Professionals in completing the survey.
Over 10 000 ECD centres operate in Gauteng, but only approximately 2 800 centres are registered.
