The Gauteng Partnership Fund (GPF) is proud to announce that Ms. Tasneem Motara, the MEC for Human Settlements, will lead a media launch and tour of our latest initiatives aimed at alleviating the student accommodation shortage in Gauteng.
This event will showcase the GPF’s significant contributions to providing safe and affordable housing for students. Together, these two black-owned projects – Residence Viera in Brixton and 57 on Bok in Doornfontein – have successfully delivered 47 units resulting in 378 beds.
These projects reflect the GPF’s commitment to enhancing the educational environment by addressing housing shortages that impact student life.
