July marks a significant month as we observe Mental Health Awareness Month, and most importantly on July 10th, it’s Panic Awareness Day.
Over forty years ago, I really needed help with my own Panic Attacks. This need led me to start SADAG. What began as just my own search for help has grown hugely over 30 years. Now, it’s South Africa’s biggest group for Mental Health.
It’s truly amazing to see how much we’ve grown, helping many people every single day. This July, we continue to Make Mental Health Matter for everyone.
SADAG has put together a Panic Toolkit with information that can be helpful in identifying and managing Panic Disorder. In addition, we planned a series of online webinars with experts in the field that will be sharing easy-to-understand information.
We will show you how to identify if you have Panic, where to get help from experts, and give you simple tips to help yourself manage panic better.
Come join us as we show what these hidden problems are and help people feel better. So, keep updated and be part of the conversation!
