“Our goal is to move from conversation to action,” says Kotiah. “By giving access and support, we gain a stronger industry, allowing every professional to grow.”
CILTSA’s 7 March Webinar is a significant milestone in the Institute’s journey toward its highly anticipated Women in Transport, Logistics and Supply Chain Conference taking place on 18 September, which is now in its fifth year.
The event will conclude with a collective pledge, encouraging all attendees to commit to one specific action to support women in the sector throughout the month of March.
