After completing the JA Company Program which teaches high school students basic business skills, JA Swaziland Alumnus, Mncedisi Mabuza started his own mushroom business.
At the age of 24, he supplies some of the biggest markets in Swaziland including Pick n Pay Manzini, Spar Corner Plaza and Sibayeni Lodge with at least 1720 trays per month, giving him at least E25 800 income on a monthly basis.
Mncedisi is one out of the thousands of successful participants of the JA Company Program® and he continues to be an example of the work JA is doing in the lives of many African youth. hashtag#YouthEmpowerment!
