Angie Motshekga, the Minister of Defence and Military Veterans, is currently serving as South Africa’s Acting President.
That’s because President Cyril Ramaphosa is currently on a working visit to the Kingdom of Lesotho at the invitation of His Majesty King Letsie III.
In addition, deputy-president Paul Mashatile is also on a working visit to the United Kingdom and Ireland, where he is hoping to improve trade and investment relations, which have been stagnant for years.
