This year, buildOn constructed 220 life-changing schools in eight countries with the help of compassionate supporters like you, helping tens of thousands of people break the cycle of poverty and illiteracy.
Along the way, we met countless kids like 10-year-old Youssouf whose lives were transformed through education. When his village in Mali began building a school, Youssouf was herding his family’s livestock instead of learning in a proper classroom. Today, he’s caught up with his classmates because of buildOn’s accelerated learning program and he is thriving in his new school.
Next year, we plan to work with hundreds more communities and help thousands of people just like Youssouf, but we can only do it with your help.
