Today, CHIETA will host the 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘂𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 — a bold conversation about jobs, skills, and sustainable livelihoods.

But for me, this is more than an event.

It’s personal.

As someone who has dedicated my leadership journey to transforming lives through skills development, I know what’s at stake when systems fail — and what’s possible when we get it right.

We’re not here to admire the problem.
We’re here to mobilise for solutions.
