The Management of the SAPS in Diepsloot is scheduled to appear before the Gauteng Legislature’s Portfolio Committee on Community Safety to provide an update on the ongoing efforts to combat violence and crime in the area.
Following a meeting held in December 2023 between the Committee and Diepsloot Police, where plans were presented to address the escalating levels of crime, the SAPS Management will now brief the Committee on the progress made since then.
Members of the media are invited to attend and cover this important briefing session, where insights into the strategies and initiatives being implemented to tackle crime in Diepsloot will be shared.
