In a world where news and information are at our fingertips, it may not often be easy to control what we think about because (either) internal or external forces look to steal our attention.
But, just like athletes fuel their bodies for peak performance (by calibrating every calorie they consume), in the same way, successful entrepreneurs and leaders are intentional about the fuel they feed their minds.
What makes the ordinary different to the extraordinary is optimizing the brain for success, and below are some tips to consider:
✅ First, understanding our intrinsic motivation and inspiration is core to move, create, and live-in purpose. To discover one’s intrinsic sources, we need to gain self-awareness.
✅ Once we gain a certain level of self-awareness, our actions toward success and mastery will be sustained by a QUALITY source of fuel.
✅ Secondly, spend time in the presence of remarkable people. This does not have to be physically but also includes reading biographies of other individuals considering our own development. Remember, success leaves clues1️
✅ Lastly, visualise what success looks like DAILY. When it comes to tapping into our subconscious mind, so we can succeed in anything we like, visualizing what we want or what our goal is important. If we always do what we always do, we will always get what we always have currently.
