SAPS 24-hour crime reporting call centre: To improve response time ensure that you provide an address that includes a street name with a number and a nearest corner.
Make sure that your residence has clearly visible unobscured numbers from the street.
All calls to 10111 are recorded and logged and a reference number is provided, which the public should keep record of.
