Members from SAPS Cosmo City have recently increased their number of Community Outreaches and Engagements. Media Liasson Officer WO Dave Stanton said “With the implementation of Sector Policing within Cosmo City’s precinct, we are in the process of consolidating our various community forums and meetings into our newly formed Sectors.
Sector ! Incorporates extensions 0 2 4 9 10 and Sector 2 incorporates extensions 3 5 6 7 8.
More Sectors will be added soon.
Engaging with our communities and forming crime strategies together whilst maintaining fluid communication is vital to enhancing our crime fighting abilities. We value our communities stake holders and role players and we say thank you to those who make an effort to make a positive change.
I encourage the community to contact their Sector Managers Sgt Mukansi and Sgt Nemasotoni at Cosmo City in order to participate in our weekly Sector Policing meetings.
