One day you are agonizing through your thesis and the next your abstract gets selected for presentation at the (first physical meeting after lockdown) American College of Sports Medicine annual Congress
I had the opportunity of presenting my abstract poster at the recently ended ACSM annual Congress held in San Diego, Carlifonia, USA.
It was my greatest privilege and proudest moment to be at an international conference to share our research findings which I believe will contribute to the growing body of trail running.
I still pinch myself, this comes at a time where I am deciding which direction my career will take to do PhD or not to do PhD . And I couldn’t be more grateful.
Just sharing this with the hopes of encouraging someone out there, don’t give up. Keep the dream alive. If you are tired, rest and get back to it.
