By Pastor Andrew W Roebert,
In preparation of these notes, I was so persuaded about how great the story of Christmas is and that it is the turning point in the history of mankind. There are so many things that are so wonderful about Christmas.
Noel, the King of Kings and Lord of Lords has come to save the world. He is born, the Son of God has come to dwell with us, and we have reason to rejoice. May you experience His Great Love, His Great Joy and His Great Peace at this time.
I encourage you to open your heart and ask God to make the meaning of Christmas a fresh reality to you during this time – let it change your life!
THANKS
I want to take this moment to thank all who have worked so diligently to make the work and ministry of ALIVE TO GOD a daily reality. Thank you to my daughters Caitlin and Amelia for their support of their Dad, even when he is a bit preoccupied with what needs to be done.
Thanks to the staff and the team at the ALIVE TO GOD office who carry an enormous load and do so with dedication and commitment. They are truly a team who are called by the Lord, and they carry that calling with faithfulness.
To our intercessors who have prayed for 1000’s of prayer requests and get up each day ready for more. Thank you to our board who constantly encourage and celebrate what God has done through the work and ministry of ALIVE TO GOD.
Thank you to all those who have supported what we do. Your faithful financial support has opened the doors to make a way for us to achieve a current potential reach of over 1.5 million people through the various platforms.
Thank you to those who have shared the Daily Thoughts and notes with friends and family all around the world via email, WhatsApp groups, SMS and on Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram and all the other options available – YOU ARE PART OF THE TEAM!
Thank you to those who have written to us to encourage and thank us for what we do – It’s valued and appreciated.
HERE IS A SCRIPTURE FOR YOU:
Luke 1:34-35 Mary asked the angel, ‘But how can this happen? I am a virgin.’ The angel replied, ‘The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So, the baby to be born will be holy, and He will be called the Son of God.’
Let me remind you that God is the God of the impossible. Nothing is too difficult for Him. When the Holy Spirit comes upon you and overshadows you, anything can happen. I encourage you to live with this hope that ‘with God’ nothing is impossible.
ALL THAT REMAINS…
All that remains is for me to wish you a very happy and blessed Christmas. I pray that you will have protection as you travel around and that your time with family will be special and blessed. May His angels go before and behind you, above and below you and on either side of you. May you experience His presence and the joy of knowing that because He was born you have a wonderful hope for the future.
May God bless and keep you.
Much love and kind regards,
ALIVE TO GOD
