Join us this Friday, 10 July at 1pm for a free Ask the Expert session, “Don’t Let Panic Make Your World Smaller.”
Our panel includes Dr Colinda Linde, SADAG Board Chairperson and Clinical Psychologist, Dr Seleme Melato, Clinical Psychologist, and Marsha, who will share her lived experience as a member of a Panic Support Group.
Together, they will discuss Panic Attacks, explore how panic can begin to limit your daily life, and share practical strategies to help take back control.
