Sometimes, hearing how someone else has coped can help you understand your own experience after your first Panic Attack or after being diagnosed with Panic Disorder.
SADAG’s online and in person Panic Support Groups welcome people experiencing Panic, as well as Anxiety, Depression, and Bipolar Disorder.
The Groups give members the chance to hear from others, ask questions, share practical coping tips, and learn different ways of managing their Mental Health.
Everyone’s experience is different, and you may find that someone else’s perspective helps you make sense of your own.
