On Thursday, 6 August 2026, Seaton House welcomed its founding families to campus for a Roof Wetting Celebration, offering them a first-hand look at the progress being made ahead of the school’s January 2027 opening.
Families toured the developing campus, viewing classrooms, the auditorium, reception and staff facilities as they continue to take shape.
The event also provided an opportunity to reflect on the broader role Seaton House is set to play within the North Coast.
Beyond the academic spaces, sports facilities, trails, natural surrounds and new access infrastructure are being developed as part of a campus designed to support learning, activity and community connection.
Founding Headmaster Tony Shuttleworth and members of the Founding Board addressed guests, reflecting on the journey to date and the community already forming around Seaton House.
The celebration highlighted both the scale of the vision and the momentum building as Seaton House moves closer to opening its doors.
